Jesus paid the price in order for you to have Heaven!
That’s right, the price paid by Jesus for you to go to Heaven, was the sacrifice of his life by death on the cross. Why did he need to suffer so much, and die such a gruesome death? It was the need for the shedding of His blood.  You see since Adam & Eve sinned all mankind since was destined for Hell.  To turn things back around for mankind, there needed to be like an ultimate sacrificial lamb for the alter.  Jesus was born by the virgin Mary, so that God was Jesus’ Father, which made Jesus have a spirit without sin.  This also means that Jesus blood was of pure divine descent. Thus he made the perfect sacrifice on the alter of the cross to rid you & I from our sinful spirit, and restore our spirit back to God.  When you call upon Jesus and believe he died and rose from the dead, you gain His righteous spirit! This having Jesus spirit is what enables you to have the right to enter Heaven free of charge.  Although it is free for the asking from Jesus, it was a very high price to pay for God to have his only son to suffer and die so.  So, don’t take such a free gift of eternal life in Heaven lightly.  Have the attitude of gratitude, toward God, who also becomes your Father, when you accept Jesus’ sinless sacrifice for you.
